全球知识城市视野下城市知识资本运营的战略性思考

进入21世纪后，“知识城市”作为一种全新的城市发展战略受到国际社会的广泛关注。越来越多的实证表明，未来城市的竞争力将来自于知识资本与社会资本、文化资本、环境资本、民主资本、技术资本和金融资本六大元素的积累。该文以国内外最新研究成果为基础，通过对什么叫知识、知识管理及知识资本的形态的分析，提出了如何做好城市知识资本运营的一些建议。这有助于增强城市管理者对知识资本的认识和理解，强化城市知识资本的运营手段，建立城市知识资本市场，打造知识城市，从而赢得未来城市的核心竞争地位。

A Strategic Thought on Operauion of "Knowledge Capital" in City with a Global Field of Vision

Since human entered the twenty first century,"knowledge city",as a new developing strategy,has gotten many attentions in the world.More and more facts show that the competitive power of the future city arises from the knowledge,social,cultural,environmental,democratic,technical and financial capital.Based on the research achievements at home and abroad,this paper analyses the definitions of knowledge,knowledge management and the form of knowledge capital,then it puts forward some suggestions of how to run and manage the knowledge capital(KC) in the knowledge city.This will deepen the understanding of knowledge capital,strengthen the management means of running knowledge capital,establish powerful knowledge capital market,and set up the knowledge city for keeping the core competitive position of city in the future.
