| Abstract: | In the age of knowledge economy, every enterprise is faced with the important issue of competition. Therefore it is necessary that learning-based enterprises be established in order for them to survive in the process of competition. Yet, the establishment of learning-based enterprises is a complicated systems engineering. Emphases should be laid on issues such as updating the mentality, building common visions and building a contingent of trainers. |
