运用团体辅导方式培养大学新生适应能力研究

摘    要:针对大学新生容易出现的不适应大学学习生活状况,具体分析了大学新生适应问题及其表现,概括了团体辅导的概念和特点,运用封闭式团体辅导的方式进行心理行为训练.通过辅导前后《中国大学生适应量表》(CCSAS)各因子的差异性检验,结合学生自评、跟踪回访等方法研究发现,以班级为单位系统开展新生适应能力团体辅导方式,对于帮助他们正确认识自己、接纳他人、改变认知、树立新的目标、提升心理素质、融洽人际关系、尽快适应大学生活有非常积极的意义。

Abstract:It is thought common that freshmen fail to adapt to their new studying and living environment. In asnalysing the problems freshmen may be confronted with the concept and characteristics of group intervention are generalized. Using closed group intervention and significance test of each factor in CCSAS before and after counseling, combined with self-evaluation, re-tracking-interview and some other methods, it is concluded that developing freshmen's ability to adapt through a systematic group intervention with class as unit is possessed of quite positive significance in helping the freshmen correctly recognize themselves, accept other people, change their awareness, develop new goals, improve their psychological quality, make ease their interpersonal relationship and adapt themselves tp the new college life as soon as possible.
