| 摘 要： | 中共中央国务院《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》是我国面向 2 1世纪 ,教育领域改革与开放的纲领性文件 ,文章强调在知识经济时代 ,如何构建我国的教育新体系 ,全面提高整个社会的教育观念、教育体制、教育结构、人才培养模式、教育内容和教学方法。本文以此为出发点 ,从五个方面详细论述了在高等教育过程中 ,如何看待科学与技术、如何增强学生的自我学习能力、如何培养创造性人才、如何改革课程体系、结构、内容以及要提高大学生的人文素质和科学素质。

| Abstract: | The central committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council's recent decision to deepen education reform and move quality education forward overall is a guiding principle about the reform and opening of education.The decision emphasizes how to structure our new education system and improve the education conception,education system,education structure,molds of developing talents,education content and methods in knowledge economy age. Basing on all above,this thesis discusses detailedly how to treat science and technology,enhance oneself leaning capability of students,develop creative talents,reform course system,structure and content and heighten humanities quality and science quality of college students.
