| 摘 要： | 法律与道德相互交融、相互促进、不可分割。从立法平衡的角度阐述法律吸收道德内容的主要原因、基本层次和必要限制,通过研究法律与道德在立法机制中的平衡,探索如何发挥中国道德自律与法律调控的双重保障作用,实现更深层次的社会和谐。

| Abstract: | Law and morality mutually blend and promote,so that they are indivisible.From viewpoint of legislation balance,the paper elaborated the main cause,basic levels and necessary limitation that law absorbs the content of morality.By researching the balance of law and morality in legislative mechanism,it explored how to play a double guarantee role of morality self-discipline and legal regulation in China and make the society more harmonious. |
