| 摘 要： | 当前中小学德育实际效果不理想 ,主要原因在于 :对学校德育的重要性认识不够 ;德育内容陈旧 ,缺乏时代特色 ;德育方法单一 ;教师素质不高等。提高德育实效需要采取的措施 :从理论层面到实践层面都重视德育 ;德育管理规范化 ;德育内容体现稳定性与发展性相结合 ;德育过程主体化和提高教师的素质等

| Abstract: | Now the actual effect of moral education is not satisfactory.The main reason is that teachers have not paid enough attention to it and the present content is not up to date.Besides the teachers themselves are not so qualified and therefore the method is quite passive and simple.In the paper the author puts forward some workable suggestion on how to improve the actual effects of moral education. |
