How U.S. Government Counters Tied Aid

Countering tied aid is a very important part of the trade finance policy of the U.S. government. The U.S. government has taken two major strategies. One is to promote and participate in the series of negotiations on tied aid together with other OECD member countries, and formulate the rules directly. The other is to establish Tied Aid Capital Fund and use it to counter tied aid directly.
