| 摘 要： | 新中国在语言文字立法方面取得了重大成就。面对当前经济社会发展的新形势 ,在加强语言文字立法工作时 ,应当正确处理有关的民族关系问题 :要坚持各民族语言文字平等原则 ;要依据宪法规定 ,坚持推广全国通用的普通话 ;要依法保障民族区域自治地方的自治机关执行职务时使用当地通用的语言文字的权利 ;要依法保障各民族公民用本民族语言文字进行诉讼的权利。

| Abstract: | P.R.China has got significant achievements in the language legislation. Facing the new situation of economic and society, in order to strengthen the language legislation, we must correctly deal with ethnic relations as follows: Upholding the principle of the equality of all kinds of ethnic languages; Persevere in popularizing the common spoken Chinese on a nationwide scale; According to the law, protecting the right of using local common languages when the autonomous institutions of the ethnic autonomous implement public affairs; Protecting the lawsuit rights of using native language for ethnic citizens. |
