| 摘 要： | 汉字是人与客观世界相似的产物,汉字由字与外物"形似"的象形字发展到字与外物"神似"的指事字、会意字和形声字的过程,恰恰体现了汉字与外物从现象相似发展到结构相似的相似递进规律.从宏观的角度看,汉字的产生、发展与汉民族思维方式的发展在本质上是相似的.相似论启发我们要从人的思维方式和思维活动规律出发去考察汉字的产生、发展过程,找寻汉字教学的规律.

| Abstract: | Beginning with the ecology ethics obeyed by the legislation of circular economy,this thesis states the following legislation ideas which circular economy legislation should stick to,the outlook on nature of harmonious co-existence between man and nature,the outlook on life of respecting living beings,scientific and civilized development concept.Then a further statement is made on how to penetrate the ecologization idea into the subjects,the objects,the contents and the legal responsibilities in the legal relationship of circular economy in the course of constructing the legal systems of circular economy. |
