The right of discourse can guide the people to struggle for common goals, and is conducive to maintaining social stability and national ideology security.Chinese discourse right contains the global significance of socialism, but also faces serious challenges, such as the globalization of market economy brings multiple crises to China, some university teachers and students lack recognition of Marxist theory, the culture and thoughts of Western capitalist impact the core values of China, overseas scholars and Western society greatly distorted Chinese model.To actively expand the discourse right of China in the new era, we should deepen the reform in an all-round way, and enhance the comprehensive national strength; strengthen the ideological and political education, and enhance the discourse right of Marxist theory in the life field; enhance national cultural soft power, and cultivate and promote the core socialist values; operate discourse diplomatic activities, and respond to international concerns.
