重庆五大功能区域经济综合效率分析

文章运用三阶段DEA分析法,修正了环境变量与随机干扰等因素的影响,对 2011-2014年重庆市五大功能区域（包含38个区县）经济综合效率进行了实证分析。研究发现,近年来重庆五大功能区域整体经济综合效率持续上升,主要来自于纯技术层面的拉动;五大功能区域经过地方政府的宏观引导,互相之间经济发展逐渐协调,但是配置效率的下滑较大程度上阻碍了这一进程;五大功能区域内部区县经济综合效率已然形成独有的空间布局,相关部门在进行配置效率优化时,需要有针对性地制定政策。

Research on comprehensive economic growth efficiency of Chongqing's five functional areas

With the analysis from three-stage DEA model, which revises the impact of environment variables and random interference factors, this paper conducts empirical study on comprehensive economic efficiency of five major functional areas in Chongqing from year 2011 to 2014.The study finds out that, in recent years, the comprehensive economic efficiency''s sustained growth in Chongqing five major functional areas is mainly contributed by the pure technical efficiency.It is also concluded that the five functional areas are coordinating their regional economic development under guidance of municipal government, but the decline of allocation efficiency has greatly hindered the process.It is suggested that, in course of allocation efficiency optimization, since districts and counties inside the five functional areas have already formed unique spatial layout for their comprehensive economic efficiency, the government needs to make different targeting policies for different areas.
