| 摘 要： | 贾谊的礼治思想是建立在一定的客观条件和理论基础之上的,在此基础上阐述了礼法教育在治国安邦中的重要地位,构建了以礼为本、礼法结合的礼治思想体系,丰富了儒家传统的仁义礼治思想。贾谊的礼治思想上承荀子下启董仲舒,成为先秦儒学向汉代儒学转变的一个重要环节,为稳定封建社会秩序做出了重要贡献。

| Abstract: | Jia Yi's thoughts of ruling by rituals was established on a certain basis of objectiveness and theory,which stated the important role of ritual education in ruling the country,constructed the thought system of combining rituals and law,enriched the Confucian thoughts and made great contribution to maintain the steady social order. |
