中国农村集体建设用地流转研究

逐步建立城乡统一的建设用地市场,促进集体建设用地的合理规范流转是农村土地管理制度改革的重点。文章在阐述农村集体建设用地的涵义,分析集体建设用地流转的主体、客体、分类以及方式,借鉴马克思地租理论和新制度经济学相关理论的基础上,逐步厘清了中国农村集体建设用地流转的制度变革与创新进程,并在此基础上分析了中国农村集体建设用地流转的基本特征。
