| 摘 要： | 高校学生管理应体现以学生为本的思想。就高校近几年和学生之间纠纷增多的原因进行了分析,提出了高校学生管理要充分尊重和保护学生的受教育权和各种合法权益,坚持民主管理、法制管理,规范学校管理制度,提高学生管理者的法律意识,强化大学生法律素质建设,使学生管理实现民主法制化。

| Abstract: | Management of college students is directed at students themselves.This paper analyzes the recent causes of disputes between students and managing authorities,and thereby proposes that the management of students should respect and protect students' right to being educated as well as other legal rights.To realize the democracy and legalization in managing students,as the paper has pointed out,democratic and legal management of college students should be consistently insisted on,management system should be standardized,and legal consciousness among students should be strengthened. |
