| 摘 要： | 科技论文能否被 SCI收录或引用 ,成为广大科技人员追求的目标和关注的热点。然而有些科技人员对 SCI还不够了解或知之甚少 ,使得一些有创新成果的科技论文仅发表在一些影响因子较低或不易被 SCI检索到的期刊上 ,以至未能在国际学术界产生应有的影响。 SCI是国际上最具权威的用于自然科学基础研究的科研成果评价体系 ,中国作者向 SCI来源期刊投稿必须掌握和熟悉来源期刊及其影响因子 ,注重英文语种、英文摘要、参考文献的撰写

| Abstract: | Many people in science and technology domain pay more attention to whether their academic articles can be collected or cited by SCI(Science Citation Index).But some of them know little about SCI. So their articles will gain a satisfying result after they know much about the general conditions of SCI,the ways of selecting the periodicals of SCI, and some points for attention of delivering articles. |
