| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会必须充分重视各个社会阶层的顺畅流通,使个人能够在不同的社会阶层、岗位之间自由变动。所谓农民分化就是指农民由原来单一的农民职业、农民角色向非农职业、非农岗位转移的一种趋势。当前我国出现的农民分化问题应是构建和谐社会的题中之意,必须妥善处理。
