| 摘 要： | 本文对专家队伍建设支持系统的成本和收益进行了详细的研究,运用人力资源成本分析方法,对专家的取得成本、开发成本、使用成本、保障成本、离职成本进行了全面的分析.利用投入产出原理对专家队伍建设支持系统的投资收益进行了论述.从直接投资收益和间接投资收益的分析入手,给出了系统的专家队伍建设支持系统的投资收益分析方法.

| Abstract: | The paper studies the cost and gains of the supporting system for specialist team building. By using the method of the human resource cost analysis, the author gives a comprehensive investigation into the costs of obtaining, developing, utilizing, maintaining, and dismissing specialists. Starting from the analysis of the direct and indirect investment and profits, the paper presents the mediod of input-output analysis concerning the supporting system for specialist team building. |
