有关中国的世界遗产问题的反思

自1985年加入《保护世界文化和自然遗产公约》以来,中国的世界遗产事业取得了举世瞩目的成就,但成绩的背后潜藏着的是令人忧心的问题与不足。其具体表现在:一、对世界遗产地的保护与开发之间的关系处理不当;二、世界遗产的管理体制存在弊端;三、世界遗产保护与开发的法律不完善;四、公众的主体意识有偏差。

The Reflection on the Problems of China's World Heritage

The enterprise of China's world heritage has made great progress since acceded to the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Culture and Natural Heritage in 1985,but there are many worrying questions and deficiencies hiding behind the achievements.It mainly includes: firstly,the relation between world heritage's protection and exploitation is not handled properly;secondly,there are abuses in the administrative system of world heritage;thirdly,the law of world heritage is not perfectly;finally,the main body's consciousness of public have deviations.
