| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是一门科学,在做思想政治工作时,要采用科学的工作方式和方法,尤其是在和谐社会构建过程中,这种方法更为重要。本文从思想政治工作科学化、提高辩证思维能力、领导要做好服务工作等几个方面,探讨了加强和改进思想政治工作的途径;得出了思想政治工作要坚持以人为本,以为人民服务为宗旨,才能促进人们工作的积极性和创造性。
