河南省应急管理人才现状及培训需求分析

通过资料查阅、问卷调查和采访座谈等手段,对我省各市级政府应急管理机构设置情况、应急管理人员配置情况、应急管理工作开展情况、应急管理人员具体基本信息以及他们对培训的需求等进行了初步的抽样调查。在此基础上分析了我省应急管理机构设置和人员配置的特点,对培训需求进行了整理和系统分析,对今后应急管理人才的培养提出建议并制定应急管理培训提纲。

The Analysis on Present Situation of Emergency Management Personnel and the Need of Training in Henan Province

Based on information consult,questionnaire surveys,interviews,discussions,etc,a preliminary sample survey is conducted on emergency management agency arrangement,emergency management staffing,the work of emergency management,the basic information of emergency management personnel and their training needs,etc.in the municipal government of Henan province.then,the characteristics of emergency management agency arrangement and staffing in Henan Province are analyzed,the organization and the author analyzes the training need in detail analysis of the training needs are carried out.Finally,the author gives some recommendations on how to train the emergency mangement personnel in the future and gives on outline of the emergency mangement training.
