Theory of the 3rd-dimension World and Philosophical Foundation of Science of Science/Technology

Based on the Karl Popper's theory of 3-dimensional world,where the 3rd-dimension world was definitely differentiated from the 1st and 2nd ones,the 3rd-dimension world or the World 3 proposed first by him is regarded as the philosophical foundation of the science of science/technology,by which the philosophical ontology is formed for the science.Such a conclusion is drawn in view of the reasons as follows.The substantiality,objectivity and autonomy of the World 3 are not only the foundation of the science of science/technology but that of its various branches of learning.The interaction between the World 3 and 1 is the key point to understand the essence of science/technology.The evolution of the World 1 is the basis on which the sci-tech classification is available,and the intermediary effect of the World 2 is the basis of epistemology to various science/technology.And the value library formed by the World 3 is the basis on which a sci-tech value is available to be determined.
