佛山市生态经济发展战略研究

实行生态经济,建立资源节约型的生产方式、环境友好型的生活方式以及和谐的社会民生,是佛山社会经济可持续发展的必要保证。本文分析了佛山生态经济发展的必要性、发展现状和存在问题,提出了佛山市发展生态经济研究的战略选择。目前,限制佛山生态经济发展的关键因素包括：建设生态经济的意识不强,观念上存在偏差;生态经济建设规划缺乏科学性;未能正确处理好各种关系;生态经济建设运行机制缺乏活力;生态经济建设科技含量及现代化程度低;生态经济建设环境差等。为了确保佛山市生态经济持续、健康的发展,必须明确指导思想,克服传统经济模式惯性,把握生态经济真谛,正确处理生态经济建设过程中的多种关系。

Study on the Developmental Strategy for Foshan's Eco-economy

Practicing the eco-economy,building energy-saving modes of production,environment-friendly ways of life and a harmonious society are the essential factors for Foshan＇s sustainable development of society and economy.This paper analyses the situation,necessity and limitation in the development of Foshan＇s eco-economy,and puts forward the strategy to ensure its development.The limitation mainly includes： lack of the eco-economic consciousness;lack of scientific planning for eco-economy;mishandling the relation of eco-economy with other social-economical factors;lack of vitality of the eco-economic mechanism;lower technological content of eco-economic building;the worse condition of eco-economic building.The strategy is as follows： making clear the guiding ideology;overcoming the traditional economic patterns;grasping the essence of eco-economy;handing efficiently the relation of eco-economy with other social-economical factors.
