供不应求与供大于求——浦东天然气发展之我见

为缓解上海浦东地区目前的天然气供不应求与应对几年后可能出现的天然气供大于求,作者提出应从积极发展替代能源、推行浦东政策倾斜、加快燃气设施建设、和借助行业政府力量等4个方面入手,为上海地区的能源健康发展打下良好基础。

Demand Exceeding Supply and Supply Exceeding Demand

To relieve current status of demand exceeding supply and supply exceeding demand that would happen on natural gas several years later in Pudong District of Shanghai,the author points out that we should start with four aspects from developing actively substitutive energy,carrying out favorable Pudong policy,speeding up fuel gas facility construction and relying on government's power to do spadework for energy healthy development in Shanghai.
