| 摘 要： | 目前我国还有相当多企业并没有充分认识或还没有正确处理好技术创新与保护知识产权关系的现实，要想改变这种现状，就必须充分认识技术创新的过程也是形成知识产权的过程，必须充分认识只有有效保护知识产权才能促进技术创新。而且必须在实践中正确处理技术创新与保护知识产权的互动关系。

| Abstract: | Many enterprises in China now haven't fully realized the importance of the elation between technological innovation and protection of intellectual property.It is of significance to know that the issue of protection of intellectual property will come along with the technological innovation.Only when the intellectual property is effectively protected,can technological innovation be promoted effciently.So it is necessary for enterprises to deal properly with the relation between technological innovation and protection of intellectual property in practice. |
