天津市高校教师心理健康现状分析及对策

摘    要:高校教师是一个特殊的群体,其心理是否健康将直接关系到国家科教兴国战略的实施。笔者通过对天津市高校教师心理健康调查,结果表明,21.1%的教师心理存在问题,症状主要表现为躯体化、人际关系敏感、强迫和焦虑等。造成高校教师心理问题的主要因素有工作压力过大、人际关系紧张和人格缺陷等。因此,高校应当建立健全教师心理健康咨询机构,采取合理有效的激励机制来调动教师工作的积极性,以及提高教师自身的心理调控能力。

Abstract:Since college teachers is a special group,whether they are psychologically healthy will be directly related to the implementation of the National Rejuvenation through Science and Education Strategy. Based on the mental health status of the teachers in some institutions of higher learning in Tianjin, the survey showed that 21.1% of teachers have psychological problems. This paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures, by which the foundation for the maintenance of strengthening mental health of college teachers is provided.
