| 摘 要： | 社会保障制度改革滞后是阻碍再就业工程实施的根本原因.要进一步实施再就业工程,必须加快社会保障立法,扩大社会保障覆盖范围,多渠道筹措社会保障基金,实现再就业工程制度创新和机制转换.

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the great significance of re employment project in China.It puts forward that the lagging social security reform is the fundamental reason for many troubles existing at present. To push re employment project forward,the social security lawmaking should be expedited,the social security scope enlarged and money should be raised by all means. |
