| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代特别是2000年以来，海盗对中国远洋航线安全造成严重威胁。中国对此问题十分关注，并采取了一系列措施防范和打击海盗，取得了一定成就。当前中国防范和打击海盗还存在一定的问题，今后应进一步采取切实可行的措施，提高防范和打击海盗的效果。

| Abstract: | Piracy at sea has been threatening the safety of China＇s ocean routes beginning in the 1990s and the situation has become more serious since 2000. Therefore, China has been very concerned about the matter and a series of measures have been taken to prevent and combat piracy at sea. Despite the achievements attained so far, problems still exist and need to be addressed effectively in the near future in order to prevent and combat piracy at sea more effectively. |
