道德社会化是大学生社会化的重要内容。其内涵因大学生为道德社会化的主角而不同于其他群体的社会化;其主体除了大学生外,还包括了学校范围内的教师和其他职工;其过程是教化、内化、外化相统一的三个阶段;其环境主要包括校园文化环境、虚拟环境、人际关系环境。

The outline of the socialization of college students' morality

Abstract: moral socialization is the important content of the socialization of college students. The socialization of college students is different from the socialization of other groups because college students are the main character of moral socialization. Its body includes teachers and other staff belonging to the school besides college students; its process involves three united stages-----indoctrination, internalization and externalization; its environment mainly contains campus cultural environment, virtual environment and interpersonal environment.
