With rapid development of society, private enterprises play more and more important part in national economy but financing problem needs to be solved. Recently, going public through a reverse merger becomes an important method for private enterprises to go to market. This paper, by analyzing advantages and disadvantages of going public through a reverse merger, draws a conclusion that private enterprises should take the macro-advantage, analyze self condition and act according to their ability in order to realize rational going public through a reverse merger.
