| 摘 要： | 老工业基地的振兴是一个综合过程,它的着眼点和关键在于工业.党的十六大报告做了科学而精辟的概括:"坚持以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化,走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子".但东北老工业基地具有和其他地区不同的特点,东北三省产业结构的现状决定了东北老工业基地的新型工业化道路要以发展大型工业化、规模经济为主,同时,还要走信息化带动工业化、可持续发展、重视发展服务业之路.

| Abstract: | The development of the old industrial base is a comprehensive course, its starting point and key lie in industry. But the old industrial base of the Northeast has different characteristics from other areas. The characteristics of industrial structure of the three provinces in the northeast of China determine the new-type industrialized road of old industrial base should rely mainly on developing large-scale industrialization, economy of scale, meanwhile, the old industrial base should take a road of informationization driving industrialization, sustainable development, and paying attention to the development of service . |
