| 摘 要： | 努力管理策略是指学习者为了达成学习目标而尽力把自己的精力投入到学习活动中，使学习活动高效、有序地进行。努力管理策略主要包括意志控制策略和自我强化策略。根据努力管理策略的内涵提出了相应的培养对策。

| Abstract: | The effort management in learning strategy is the design of learners to put their energy into learning activities, and to enable learning activities efficient and orderly in order to reach a learning goal. The effort management in learning strategy mainly includes will-control strategy and self-reinforcing strategy. The corresponding cultivating measure is proposed in this paper according to the connotation of the effort management in learning strategy. |
