| 摘 要： | 测量精度是智能ＲＬＣ参数测试仪的重要技术指标，为了提高仪器的测量精度，文中从高精度智能ＲＬＣ参数测试仪的测试方案、关键电路和误差源着手，提出了有效改善测试仪精度的具体方法和措施。

| Abstract: | The measuring accuracy is the main technique index of the high accuracy intelligent RLCmeasuring instrument. In order to improve the measuring accuracy of the measuring instrument,the articlestarts with the measuring scheme,the main circuit and the error source of the high accurcy intelligent RLC measuring instrument. An efficent method and measure are put forward to improve the precision of themeasuring instrument. |
