| 摘 要： | 大力发展文化产业是今后经济社会发展的重要增长点。本文从五个方面来认识发展文化产业的紧迫感。提出要立足新世纪现代化建设的全局，把握文化产业大发展的契机，扩大文化产业规模，提高产业素质和国家竞争力，创新文化产业管理体制和运行机制，在对外开放中实现文化产业的跨越式发展等观点。围绕新世纪建设文化大省的目标，分析了加快江苏文化产业发展步伐的主要策略和步骤。

| Abstract: | Explains that the development of the cultural industry will be an important increase in the economic society and stresses the urgency of the development of the cultural industry in terms of five aspects.The paper suggests that the opportunity to develop the cultural industry be sought,its scale be enlarged and its quality and competition be raised and it also analyzes the strategy and measures to speed up the development of the cultural industry in Jiangsu with an aim to build up a great cultural province in the new century. |
