| 摘 要： | 运用矿产资源需求生命周期理论,探讨油矿城市矿产资源开发与区域经济持续增长的耦合关系。东营市是一个典型的矿业区域,市域经济正处于繁荣期向衰退期的转变阶段,要充分利用良好的区位优势和石油、生态等资源的综合优势,通过产业结构调整,培育和发展石油深加工、生态农业及旅游业等多元化、多层次的产业结构,促进市域经济持续协调发展。

| Abstract: | The coupling relation of petroleum resources exploitation and regional economic sustainable development of mineral areas is discussed on the basis of the theory of resources requisite life-cycle.As a typical mineral region,economy of Dongying City is during the course of depression.In order to realize the sustainable and harmonious development,it is essential to make full use of its interborough advantages and integrated predominant resources such as petroleum and ecosystem,cultivate and develop the diversiform and multi-level structure including downstream processing of petroleum,ecotypic agriculture and tourism through the adjustment of industrial structure. |
