| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化进程的加快和贸易壁垒的逐渐削减,竞争法国际合作的重要性逐渐凸显。文章首先对合作的领域和具体方式进行了评述,然后阐述了未来WTO框架下的竞争法多边框架谈判应遵循的基本原则及其前景,最后提出了中国面对竞争法国际合作的法律对策与建议。

| Abstract: | With the accelerating global economy integrity and lowering trade barriers, international cooperation of competition law becomes increasingly important.This article introduces the application fields and concrete mechanism of cooperation and then reviews several principles that should be conformed to during the multilateral negotiations on competition law under WTO framework and the prospect of future negotiation. Finally the author presents its comments and suggestions on China's position towards international cooperation. |
