| 摘 要： | 在家族企业中,作为一个持续过程的代际传递,既有有形的所有权和控制权的传递,也有无形的关系网络的传递。无形的关系网络这种作为家族企业的一项重要资源,在其传递过程中,一方面创业者将关系网络这种社会资本渐进地传递给下一代继任者;另一方面则是继任者将自己的关系网络与创业者关系网络不断地整合。而这种关系网络传递的顺利与否,与企业的绩效密切相关。

| Abstract: | The succession is a continuous process in the family business,and it includes not only ownership and control right transition but also the intangible relation network.There are two movements in the succession process.On the one hand,the founder will transit his relation network to the successor;on the other hand,the successor will integrate his network with the founder's.This paper also find the relation network transition connection with the firm's performance. |
