| 摘 要： | 服务外包为越来越多的企业所青睐,必然是这种交易方式满足了双边企业的逐利需求,服务外包的蓬勃发展,针对这一热点日益丰富的实践探索需要及时的理论提炼,所以,本文首先介绍服务外包的经济学理论基础,然后介绍国内外学者对服务外包传统研究的回顾,包括内涵的界定,外包的动因,外包的风险以及新趋势,最后对服务外包的选择机制进行文献综述。
