粮食安全视角下的中国农业科研投入效应及对策研究

科技进步是保障中国粮食安全的有效途径。中国目前农业科研资金投入和人力资源投入在总量和结构方面都存在问题,通过对中国农业科研投入总量和结构与粮食单产关系的计量分析,发现这些问题已经给中国粮食生产能力的提高带来不利影响。需要采取相应政策来改善我国农业科研资源的配置。

Research on the Effect and Policy of Agricultural Research Input in China from a Perspective of Food Security
