| 摘 要： | 现代意义上的现代国际体系起源于中世纪的欧洲国际秩序,而这一国际秩序在本质上是一种宗教秩序.作为现代国际体系主要行为体的民族国家在形成过程中与宗教密切相关,而对行为体有限制和约束力的国际法在历史发展过程中与宗教也存在多层次的关联.

| Abstract: | The relation of religion to the international system is rarely examined in the international relation studies. The author holds that the international system,which came into being in the Middle Ages,is in reality a religious order,the national state,the subject of the international relations,is closely linked to religion,and the international law is also irretrievably bound up with the religious law. |
