| Abstract: | Brand rights of Taiwan residents are protected in main land China without preconditions, from registration to civil legal relation, administration and criminal law, and are protected by negotiation or by mutual benefit in other places of the world. Taiwan 's WTO entry has great effect on protection of brand rights of Taiwan residents outside Taiwan. |
