| Abstract: | During the grand progression of China's construction of a country ruled by law with Chinese characteristics,the concept of socialist rule of law very clearly points out the direction for the progress.It functions in a variety of ways: imitating and constructing,infusing and enlightening,guiding and differentiating,identifying and educating,integrating and innovating,and spreading and diffusing. |
