中美地方政府行政决策路径比较

处于同一时代背景下的中关两个大国，虽然在政治、经济、文化等方面存在差异，但在公共管理及地方治理等问题上仍有相互借鉴之处。通过对中关地方政府行政决策路径比较分析，作者认为我们应借鉴美国地方政府在行政决策路径的有关经验，构建适应社会主义市场经济条件下的，有中国共产党、各民主党派、地方政府、地方公众等共同合作、相互影响、相互作用、相互制约的合作网络的决策路径。

As two big nations China and America show differences as well as similarities in politics,economy and culture.The similarities in public administration and local management are instructive for China in decisions jointly made by the Chinese Communist Party,the other political parties,local government and the local public.
