社会科学中的很多概念是特定历史和语境的产物,却演变为普世性标准,"合法性"就是这样一个概念.流行中的"合法性"掩蔽了国家的实然与应然状态,忽略了实现合法性政治的合法化过程,并将很多与合法性无关的政治问题归结为合法性问题.这种状况决定了需要在认识论上重新审视有关概念.

On the Further Analysis of "Legitimacy"

The concept "legitimacy",one of the many concepts in social sciences,originates in certain historical contexts and evolves into the universal criterion in the world.In the popular understanding of"legitimacy" the states of "actuality" and "necessity" in the country are not distinguished from each other,the legalization process of realizing legitimate politics is ignored and many political problems irrelevant to legitimacy is covered.Therefore,as to the understanding of this concept,the deep insight is required to be made into many relevant concepts from the perspective of epistemology.
