浅论创新高校大学生社会实践活动机制

高校大学生社会实践活动是推进大学生素质教育、培养高素质人才的重要载体和途径,对大学生了解国情和民情、增长才干、锻炼能力、服务社会、完善自我等都具有重要的作用和意义。针对当前大学生社会实践活动中存在的一些问题,要确保大学生社会实践活动能够行之有效地开展,就应当建立健全科学的领导组织机制、多元有效的资金保障机制、多层面的激励评价机制、多样化活动内容创新机制,整合学校、社会等各项资源,逐步构造出一个稳定高效、创新灵活、切实可行的社会实践活动长效运行机制。

On the Innovation Mechanism for Social Practices of College Students

Social practices of college students are important ways to promote college students quality education and train highly qualified personnel,and they are significant for students to understand the situation of the country and the people,to develop their abilities,to serve the society and to perfect themselves.The article is mainly about some problems in social practices of college students.To ensure that social practices can be carried out efficiently we should build up a sound scientific leadership organizational mechanism,a multi-effective financial protection mechanism,a multi-level incentive evaluation mechanism,and diversified activities’ innovative mechanism.And it puts forward a suggestion to integrate resources of schools and society to construct a stable and efficient,innovative and flexible practical mechanism for long-term operation of social practices.
