| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐文化是以社会主义核心价值体系为根本，以崇尚和谐、追求和谐为价值取向，以社会的进步和人的全面发展为目标，与社会主义初级阶段相适应的一种特殊文化形态。它具有包容性、继承性和创新性、一元性和多元性、科学性和大众性、人本性等特征。建设和谐文化，是新时期我们党为实现构建和谐社会的目标而提出的一项新思想和新任务。

| Abstract: | Socialist harmonious cuhure is a special cultural pattern that is suited to the primary stage of socialism, whose fundamentality is the harmonious socialist core value system with its value orientation advocating and pursuing harmony and its goal promoting social progress and comprehensive human development. It has such characteristics as inclusiveness, inheritance and innovation, one form and diversity, scientific and human nature. Building harmonious culture is one new thought and new task proposed by our party in the new era aiming at achieving the goal of building harmonious society. |
