| 摘 要： | 宪政是以人权保障为核心、以权力制约为原则的政治形态,公正审判权正体现了作为公民获得公正司法的权利,具有权利维护和权力制约价值。中国要建设宪政国家,就必须切实保护好公民的公正审判权。
