| 摘 要： | 农民职业化问题的实质是传统农民向职业农民的转化问题.农民职业化的推进,对实现新农村建设的基本目标具有极为重要的战略价值.当前,加速推进农民职业化的当务之急,是构建农民职业化制度,包括人力资本归农制度、农业园区经营制度、农民教育培训制度、农村土地流转制度、农村社会保障制度等方面.
