| 摘 要： | 国防科技工业行业技术经济具有投资强度大、技术难度大、综合性强、协作面广、研制周期长、溢出效应明显等特征 国防科技工业行业综合评价指标体系主要由 5个一级指标、14个二级指标组成 ,并通过指标归一等方法确定指标的量值。在评价过程中应采用适合于混合型指标体系和评价模型的技术途径 ,综合运用多种评价方法。

| Abstract: | National defense science and technology industries take on the public character, and have contribution to the modernization project of China. Conforming to the goal and task of the integrated economy evaluation for national defense science and technology industries, this paper has analyzed the characteristics, contents and the index system of the integrated economy evaluation. Furthermore, the measures and methods of the index system have been investigated. Besides, the implementation of the integrated economy evaluation for national defense science and technology industries has also been discussed, all of which can offer a scientific basis for the decision-maker to manipulate the industry policy and choose the decision-making scheme. |
