| 摘 要： | 农村城镇化是社会进步不可逆转的发展潮流，是全面建设小康社会的必然选择。我们现就农村城镇化的内涵、城镇化的重要作用、城镇化发展的基本规律等进行梳理和阐述，并对实施农村城镇化发展的基本途径提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | Rural urbanization is an irreversible trend in the development of the society and the inevitable choice for building a moderately prosperous society. The connotation, important roles, and the basic laws of the development of rural urbanization, etc. are stated and discussed in the article. Some suggestions are simultaneously made on the ways to develop the rural urbanization. |
