半导体激光泵浦-固体激光诱导荧光检测装置的研制

摘    要:以半导体激光泵浦-固体激光器为激发光源,采用共聚焦光学结构,研制了一种小型化激光诱导荧光检测器。整机采用模块化设计,配置了两种发射波长的激发光源(532nm、473nm),可以柱上检测或配流通池,能应用于几乎所有的液流分析系统。实验结果表明该检测器的最小检出浓度分别2?10-11mol/L,最小检出量?10-19mol,响应线性2个数量级,可满足日常生化痕量分析的要求。

Abstract:Based on confocal configuration, a laser-induced fluorescence detector using laser diode double-pumped solid-state laser (LD-DPSSL) as excitation source is described. The detector can incorporate excitation sources of different wavelength, and an on-column or a flow cell detection modes, which can meet with ahnost all flow analysis system. Experimental results show that the lowest detection limit of the LIF-D is, which can meet the needs of trace analysis in the biological and environmental fields.
